Sacred Geometry
Sacred geometry, as in Tantric India. The space between, the space at center, I was interested in the viewers
that could remain at center intensely gazing into the space for what felt like 30 minutes.
The icon of the single bar gradually thickened and became the diagram on the moon capsule,
representing a human being. From the icon at center and at the edges this bar, like Barnett Newman's
zip, gradually became the field. The color was fundamental, taking no prisoners. Most viewers ran away.
